[Tiptoi] GME files work on one pen but not on mine - "audio file not found" error

Hello,
I'm experiencing a strange issue with custom GME files that I cannot solve, and I'm hoping someone here might have encountered this before.
The Problem:

  *   Custom GME files created with both tttool and SoniqPen are recognized by my Tiptoi pens (the START OID code is detected)
  *   But they immediately return an error: "Le fichier audio n'est pas sur le lecteur" ("Audio file not found on the device")
  *   The same GME files work perfectly on another user's pen (tested by Marius from SoniqPen)

What I've tried:

  1.  Product IDs tested: 1 (original Livre Ferme), 100 (SoniqPen default), 917, 942, 950
  2.  Language settings: Added gme-lang: FRENCH, tested with and without
  3.  File structure:
     *   Exported official Ravensburger GME, added custom scripts → doesn't work
     *   Created GME from scratch with tttool → doesn't work
     *   Used SoniqPen web interface → doesn't work
  4.  File placement: GME file is correctly placed at the root of the pen
  5.  Audio files: All verified present and correctly referenced in YAML
  6.  Firmware: Both pens updated to latest version via Tiptoi Manager

My setup:

  *   Two Tiptoi pens: One 1st generation, one latest generation (both purchased in France)
  *   Both configured in French
  *   Both work perfectly with official Ravensburger GME files
  *   Same issue on both pens with custom GME files

What works:

  *   Official Ravensburger GME files work perfectly on my pens
  *   The exact same custom GME file works on Marius's pen (SoniqPen creator)
  *   OID codes are correctly recognized (no printing/scanning issue)
  *   tttool validation shows the GME files are valid

My question: Is there a known compatibility issue with certain Tiptoi pen models/regions that would cause them to reject custom GME files even though they're technically valid? Could there be a signature or verification mechanism in some pens that others don't have?
Has anyone successfully created custom GME files that work on French Tiptoi pens purchased from Amazon/Vinted?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Technical details:

  *   tttool version: 1.11
  *   Operating system: Windows
  *   GME file size: ~2MB (117 audio files)
  *   Product tested on working pen: Same file, works perfectly
  *   Product tested on my pens: "Audio file not found" error
