[smartmontools-support] Avoid Repeated messages form smartd

Hi Carsten

Sorry, this won't be a direct answer to your question concerning the smartd
daemon, but you can of course also use other methods to regularly check for
the SMART attribute values and be notified when the values change. Take a
look at https://github.com/Napsty/check_smart where you can set thresholds.
