I have bought a new hard drive and I would like to have your opinion

I notice that Raw_Read_Error_Rate and Seek_Error_Rate have already high 
RAW values. ||||Does this drive have a problem? Do you think I may 
return it?

I read some articles saying that seagate RAW values are often high. Is 
it right?
