Danke Ralf, das war´s wohl:

Das "irgendwas" war anscheinend OpenVPN, das nach dem Upgrade des 
Systems einen Tunnel nicht mehr aufbauen konnte. Kaum macht man´s 
richtig (OpenVPN), funktioniert auch Postfix wieder wie gewohnt!
