[Postfixbuch-users] Betreff-Zeile mit header_checks ins Log schreiben lassen

Hallo,
ich versuche gerade die "Subject"-Zeile einer jeden durchlaufenden Email
im Logfile festzuhalten. Dazu habe ich die Zeile
header_checks = pcre:/etc/postfix/header_checks
eingebunden und der Inhalt der Datei ist:
# Betreff-Zeile im Log
/^Subject:/ INFO
# Filtert Amavis-Eintraege
/^Received: from localhost/ IGNORE
Aber ich sehe im Logfile keine Einträge und konnte auch im Verbose-Mode
nicht sehen, dass die header_checks ausgeführt werden.
Ich bin mir sicher, dass ich nur irgendwo aufm Schlauch stehe - aber
wo?!
