Cyrus-Imapd bringt ein Kommando mit um Quotas anzuzeigen bzw. zu 
aktualisieren. Leider hat linux ein Kommando mit demselben Namen dabei, also 
musst Du es absolut aufrufen. Cyrus-Imapd KOmmandos müssen fast alle als User 
cyrus aufgerufen werden.

# su -c /usr/lib/cyrus/bin/quota cyrus

Wenn Du keine Quotas willst, solltest Du am besten alle Dateien löschen und 
obiges quota mit -f aufrufen.

Und natürlich auch autocreatequota aus der imapd.conf entfernen. Auch wenn es 
0 ist.
