a) Wo sieht man hier freenet?
b) Wo schreibt Postfix hier irgendwas von list.dbsl.org?

"X-Warning: 80.132.18.244 is listed at list.dsbl.org" ist TOTAL
irrelevant. Das steht im Body der Mail und hat nichts mit Postfix zu
tun.

"Relay access denied" klingt eher nach einem grundlegenden Problem
deines Servers.
