The Cave (2019, 1h 47m)
Amidst air strikes and bombings in Ghouta, Syria, a group of courageous
female doctors navigate systemic sexism while caring for the injured using
scant resources. Having premiered at the 2019 TIFF, *THE CAVE* has won
numerous awards globally and garnered multiple nominations, including the
prestigious Academy Award.

*About Feras Fayyad*
Born on September 20, 1984, Feras Fayyad is a renowned Syrian film
director, producer, and writer. He is notably recognized for his
documentaries *LAST MEN IN ALEPPO* and *THE CAVE*. Both films have bestowed
upon him widespread acclaim, numerous awards, and the honor of being the
