[Tiptoi] GME files work on one pen but not on mine - "audio file not found" error

Appreciate your persistence, Gaelle! It's frustrating to try so many things
and still no results :(

Just a clarification, you said
*Product ID 100 → printed oid-100-START.png*

For this Product ID, did you print the PDF from soniqpen on this product
id, instead of a .png file?
When I tested your project on my german pen, both pdf and .gme, it worked.
Just trying to minimize differences.
