[Tiptoi] Announcing SoniqPen Studio – a new authoring tool for audio pens

Hi,

this is very exciting! I hope that the target audience will find their
way to this tool. 

Quite interesting that after Sonja’s EduTTTool we have now a second
full-fledged graphical application for Tiptoi authoring, both appearing
within two months of each other. It seems the time was ripe.
