[smartmontools-support] smartctl error on Rocky 9.4

Hello,

I encountered the error below, and it asked me to send an email to this address, so here you go! The system is running Rocky Linux 9.4, kernel 5.14.0-427.13.1.el9_4.x86_64. It is a Dell PowerEdge R760xd2, with a PERC H755 controller, and the drive is configured in JBOD mode.
