[smartmontools-support] smartd warning/error detection capabilities

Hi,

We had a problem with an HDD, and we recently installed and configured
smartd to send notifications when a problem is detected.

Can smartd detect and notify the problem below? Do you recommend a way to
reproduce this problem?
