Hmm...  I can say that me is not a person you describe...

I tried the following command: 

cat /private/var/log/system.log | grep smartd

And I get nothing.

Am I doing wrong with getting SYSSLOG on my Mac? Or how can I get smartd's message on SYSLOG?

Recent Mac's system.log is not interesting.
