[smartmontools-support] Meaning of 'not capable of SMART Health Status check'

Meaning of 'not capable of SMART Health Status check'?  This means that 
the given device does not explicitly support the specific SMART health 
check feature right?  But if the device is added to the monitor list, it 
is being monitored for health by other possible methods, right?  Say 
other SMART features, attribute scan, etc.
