[smartmontools-support] Smartmontools on POH description

Hi Team,
First would like to thank you guy with such great program for user to check the health of HDD/SSD.
I would like to ask a question about power on hour. 
For default or standard format normall is only contain a value eitehr in hour or in minute depend on OEM.
But some OEM like Seagate 8TB SATA, the power on hour contain other info in the bracker. ### (## ## ##). if you refer below sample, we know 179 is POH, how about the raw value value ( 228 68 0)? What is this stand for?
