[smartmontools-support] How do I interpret the errors of smartctl ?

Hi,
I just ran a smartctl test on my laptop hard drive and I found these errors
come up:
Error 5 occurred at disk power-on lifetime: 1399 hours (58 days + 7 hours)
When the command that caused the error occurred, the device was active or
idle.
After command completion occurred, registers were:

How do I understand the seriousness of these errors ?
Do I have to replace my hard drive ?
