[smartmontools-support] Smartmontools (6.7, 7.0) on Solaris 11.4 increase iostat softerrors

On every run of Smartmontools (6.6, 7.0) on Solaris 11.4  iostat 
softerror counter is increased by one
The free Solaris fork Illumos (OmniOS, OI) does not show this behaviour
