[smartmontools-support] ST9750423AS incorrect command timeout display

Hello, Smartmontools-support.

Tested on smartctl 6.7 2018-04-19 r4731 [i686-w64-mingw32-xp-sp3] (daily-20180419)

Model Family:     Seagate Momentus 5400.7 (AF)
Device Model:     ST9750423AS
Firmware Version: 0001SDM1

SMART attribute 188 (Command_Timeout) has raw value 00000400040008 in hex.
SMARTctl interpretes it as decimal 17180131336, which is incorrect.
It should be 4 - 4 - 8 or something alike instead.
