[smartmontools-support] A new repository of S.M.A.R.T. reports

Hi,

There is a new repository of S.M.A.R.T. reports collected by the Linux-Hardware.org project with some error counting and reliability measurements for hard drives: https://github.com/linuxhw/SMART/

The primary aims of the project are to find drives with longest "power on hours" and minimal number of errors and share reports with the community to allow everyone to perform any kind of analysis.

There are reports for about 18 thousands hard drives in the repository. All reports are collected by the `smartctl -x /dev/sdX` command.
