[Smartmontools-database] USB interface general advise

Some progress:

For the first USB bridge below (jmicron), the device is -d sat
and the disk SMART is fully accessible.

For the second USB bridge below (SUMOdisk), the device appears
to be -d cypress,0x0 (although it functions this may not be the
optimal value).
