[Smartmontools-database] Kingston DC400

Hi,
attached is the smartctl -x output for the Kingston DC400,
a Phison S10 based enterprise SATA SSD.
They also offer custom sizes of 400/800/1800GB, but I'm
not sure they use the same model numbers, so I have not
included those sizes in the tiny patch below.
