[qutebrowser] Missing checkboxes

I remember seeing this in the past: https://github.com/qutebrowser/qutebrowser/issues/459. It could be related to your build of Qt on a specific platform. You could try upgrading (or downgrading) your Qt version to see if there's any difference.
