[qutebrowser] Qutebrowser: frequent network access loss

As to errors, all I see is "Network Access Disabled".
Strangely, this can happen both if I just reload a current tab or if I try
to open a new tab.
If this happens when trying to open a new tab, previous tabs continue to
work as normal...
