AW: Weiterleitungen - Absender umschreiben?

ich glaube Du hast das Problem falsch herum verstanden.

Der Absender der weitergeleiteten Mail bleibt hans at yahoo.de.
Die Empfängerseite (gmail) guckt nun nach Richtlinien (DMARC) für den Absender yahoo.de und stellt fest, dass so adressierte Post nicht von Deinem Server zu kommen hat.

Wenn ich das richtig interpretiere wäre die Lösung also, dass Du _wirklich_ (header vs. envelope from) als verteiler at example.com "weiterleitest". Wie das in deinem sieve-Beispiel umzusetzen ist, kann ich Dir aber leider nicht verraten.
