Lets Encrypt certbot ohne snap

Bis hier her hat alles funktioniert, ab jetzt passiert das:

Dann mache ich das mal:

Und jetzt nochmal die Zertifikate erstellen lassen:

Hab ich doch schon gemacht, vielleicht noch mal?

Aha - man kennt mich bereits, nur warum darf ich dann nicht meine 
Zertifikate erstellen? Als CA habe ich in der dehydrated config
CA="https://acme-staging-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/directory"
stehen.

Was mache ich falsch?
