Das habe ich überprüft:
> Mar 17 08:22:22 mx postfix/cleanup[20977]: warning: connect to Milter
> service inet:localhost:11332: Connection refused
Den Eintrag gibt es:
mx:/etc/postfix # grep -R 11332 * 
main.cf:smtpd_milters = inet:localhost:11332 
main.cf:non_smtpd_milters = inet:localhost:11332 

und Rspamd hört auf dem Port 11332
mx:/etc/postfix # lsof -i | grep 11332 
rspamd    20975    _rspamd    8u  IPv4 457285      0t0  TCP localhost:11332
