Alternativ kann man bei Postfix 3.x auch noch

  -o { name = value } (long form, Postfix >= 3.0)

  Specify "{" and "}" around command arguments that contain whitespace (Postfix 3.0 and later). Whitespace after "{" and before "}" is ignored.
