Postscreen whitelist "protection.outlook.com"

Die grossen Provider sind in der Regel auf dnswl.org drauf. Seit Postfix
2.11.irgendwas kann man auch negative Werte vergeben, wodurch man
faktisch ein Whitelisting macht.

Wir haben das Problem mit outlook, google etc. anhand folgender Regel
beseitigt:

    list.dnswl.org=127.[0..255].[0..255].1*-3

Achja, falls postgrey eingesetzt wird sollte man natürlich auch da die
Whitelists einrichten, sonst knallt es gleich wieder :-)
