Gut, was hast Du den bei Deiner amavis-Konfig für "ORIGINATING" gesetzt?

i.e.:

Damit kann der AMaVis-Daemon u.a. auch unterscheiden, welche eMails
ein- bzw. ausgehend sind und somit gesteuert werden kann, welche  
eMails signiert werden müssen/sollen.

Mehr fällt mir im Moment (noch) nicht ein.
