Wir haben aktuell das Problem mit einem Konto das im Sekunden Takt mehrere
Tausend Mails im .Sent/cur Ordner auftauchen, die sich im Client als
verfielfachte Mails darstellen, also 1 Mail in 50facher Ausführung und das
für fast alle gesendeten Mails die existieren.
