Die einfachste Lösung ist die Einrichtung eines Aliases:
    foobar+spam at example.com -> rundablage at example.com

Voraussetzung ist, dass Amavis die Adresse um "+spam" erweitert: 
@addr_extension_spam_maps       = ('spam');
$recipient_delimiter = '+';
