So was muss es auch beim anderen geben.
Was steht ansonsten noch in den canonical_maps drin eigentlich brauchst du die doch nicht
wenn ich mich jetzt nicht irre 

recipient_canonical_maps (default: empty)
Optional address mapping lookup tables for ENVELOPE and HEADER recipient addresses. The
table format and lookups are documented in canonical(5). 

Wenn ich das jetzt richtig sehe wird für die canonical_maps im HEADER bzw. ENVELOPE
nachgeschaut aber deine MAILS gehen an TO: postmaster@ der hier nicht mehr ausgewertet
wird. 

Note: $recipient_canonical_maps is processed before $canonical_maps. 

DESCRIPTION
       The  optional canonical(5) table specifies an address map-
       ping for local and non-local  addresses.  The  mapping  is
       used  by the cleanup(8) daemon, before mail is stored into
       the queue.  The address mapping is recursive.

The canonical(5) mapping is not to be confused  with  vir-
       tual  alias  support or with local aliasing. To change the
       destination but not the headers,  use  the  virtual(5)  or
       aliases(5) map instead.

Umleitungen kannst du auch über die Transport maps bzw. Aliasses machen berichtigt mich
wenn ich falsch liege

Ist notwendig irgendwo greift da eine Restriktion und gibt nachträglich ein OK bzw. rennt
ohne ein Reject durch
