Woher stammt das? Selbst mit google finde ich das nicht.

Ich würde mal vermuten, das bezieht sich auf das rejecten einzelner Empfänger. 
Das geht nur mit LMTP bzw. wenn für alle Empfänger die Policies D_REJECT bzw. 
D_BOUNCE gleich sind.

Der OP wollte einfach nur eine ganze Mail rejecten. Das sollte mit amaivis als 
pre-queue content-filter auch über smtp möglich sein.
