Hmm afaik kommt das "huckepack" mit spamassassin daher,
mein System kennt zumindest kein Paket ...

Dort liegt es bei mir:

  whereis sa-update
sa-update: /usr/bin/sa-update

Vielleicht ist es in deiner Version noch nicht drin ...
dpkg -S sa-update ?
