Wo liegt das Problem in diesem Tread wurde das doch schon gepostet wie es geht.

In der amavis.conf (Debian conf.d/50_User

Suche die Zeilen und nimm die # davor weg

Also was willst du noch mehr wissen?
Installiere Amavis-new, Spamassassin und Clamav und lies die Configfiles von Amavis die
sind eigentlich sehr gut kommentiert.
Clamav unter dem User Amavis rennen lassen 


Hast du dann noch Probleme dann poste die hier und du wirst sehen das teil rennt innerhalb
kürzester Zeit
