Was für ein OS/Distribution ist das? Welche Version? 

Zeig mal "ldd postconf".

Ist /usr/local/lib/ in ld.so.conf bzw. in /etc/ld.so.conf.d/*?

Hast Du mal den Cache von ldconfig aktualisiert? "man ldconfig"

Was sagt:

# ldconfig -p | grep sasl

Ist noch eine andere Cyrus-SASL Version installiert? Evtl. in /usr/lib/*?
