das mit dem User amavis geht bei mir nicht, d.h. nur temporär.
Ich starte /etc/init.d/clamav-daemon start und dann wird

amavis    25   0 44104  37m  856 R 99.9  7.7   0:10.21 /usr/sbin/clamd

angezeigt. Bei amavisd debug kommt dann:


/usr/sbin/amavisd-new[678]: (00678-01) ClamAV-clamd: Connecting to socket  /var/run/clamav/clamd.ctl
/usr/sbin/amavisd-new[678]: (00678-01) ClamAV-clamd: Can't
connect to UNIX socket /var/run/clamav/clamd.ctl: Datei oder
Verzeichnis nicht gefunden, retrying (1)

der socket ist wieder "gestorben". Fällt noch jemand was ein?
