"Table lookup problem" ist eine eher allgemeine Fehlermeldung, die so als 
letztes kommt. Normalerweise taucht davor der genauere Grund auf. Bei mysql 
wohl "Can't connect to socket", "permission denied",...

"-" = default (= "yes" in diesem Zusammenhang). Die default-Werte stehen aber 
in der Tabellenüberschrift für die einzelnen Spalten.
