[Postfixbuch-users] pipe für right-hand side

In virtual habe ich nun support at example.com otrs-support und in
/etc/aliases otrs-support |"/var/otrs/bin/PostMaster.pl -q Support"
Wenn ich nun eine Email an support at example.com sende erhalte ich:
status=bounced (unknown user: "otrs-support")

Verwechsle ich etwas bei virtual und aliases?
