Jedenaflls sagt google:

These messages indicate that the browser doesn't recognize the
certificate signing authority and when followed with an SSL alert
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
number 42 error, means that the user chose not to accept the
certificate which closed the connection.
