Gut. Dann solltest Du herausfinden, warum die Verbindungen aufgrund von
Zeitüberschreitungen abgebrochen werden.

Was Du im Log gezeigt hast, ist die Wirkung, aber nicht die Ursache. Die
Ursache wirst Du, sehr wahrscheinlich, auch im Log finden.

Dazu kannst Du einfach mal nach der message-ID greppen:

# grep 32CE2D8C4 /var/log/messages

    Das /var/log/messages habe ich aus Deinem Posting. Bist Du sicher, dass
    mail.* nach /var/log/messages und nicht nach z.B. /var/log/maillog geloggt
    wird?

Wenn dann nichts weiter als deferred erscheint, musst Du den Postfix smtp
Client verbose loggen lassen. Dazu fügst Du in der master.cf hinter die Reihe
in der am Ende als "command" smtp (nicht smtpd) steht, ein " -v". Anschließend
reloadest Du Postfix und sendest eine Testmail an einen gmx.de oder T-online
Account. Du solltest daraufhin weitaus ausführlichere Informationen in Deinem
Logfile vorfinden. Mit diesen Informationen können wir dem Problem dann zu
Leibe rücken.
