Es gibt kein /usr/local/lib mit diesen Dateien bei Debian.

$ locate libsasl2.so.2
/usr/lib/libsasl2.so.2
/usr/lib/libsasl2.so.2.0.19

$ dpkg -S /usr/lib/libsasl2.so.2
libsasl2: /usr/lib/libsasl2.so.2

# dpkg -S /usr/lib/libcrypto.so
libssl-dev: /usr/lib/libcrypto.so

# dpkg -S /usr/lib/libssl.so
libssl-dev: /usr/lib/libssl.so

Nein, natürlich nicht.
