Ok ... nun bin ich ursprünglich Maschinenbauer, und da haben wir nun
einmal 'Bücher über Normen'.
Wenn ich aber den Text von RFC1032 (oder aber 2142) richtig verstehe,
ist es:
- im Fall 1032 ein Memo (also keine Regelung) für TLDs, aber nicht für
ccTLDs - oder gibt es da nun keinen Unterschied mehr?

- im Fall von 2142 ein 'als Standard vorgeschlagen', der aber bis dato
nicht verabschiedet wurde (zumindest benennt http://www.rfc-editor.org/
diese RFC als 'proposed standard') - oder ist dies als 'akzeptierter
oder umzusetzender Standard' zu lesen?

Sorry falls es nervig klingt ... ich möchte es nur wirklich verstehen
(und diese RFC Zusätze korrekt deuten können).
