Stehen die -o's wirklich in der ersten Spalte? Da gehören Leerzeichen vor.

Sieht so aus, dass sich Dein smtp mit ner anderen Absender IP bei amavis 
meldet. Kann bei einer Verbindung localhost-localhost normalerweise nicht 
passieren. Ein Debian-Feature?

Ergänze mal den smtp-amavis Eintrag in der master.cf um ein
	-o smtp_bind_address=127.0.0.1
