Einzig sichtbarer Fehler: Kein Log ;)

Worauf willst Du denn mit der Konfig hinaus? Soll Postfix TLS anbieten
oder soll er TLS nutzen, wenn ein anderer Server es anbietet?

Was genau geht nicht?

Dreh mal das Logging bei dem entsprechenden Daemon höher und schick uns
die betreffenden error warning etc. Zeilen.
