Hrmm? Was soll denn das hier? bist du mit deinem smtp in der ersten
Zeile denn nicht zufrieden? Mach den Eintrag raus, was sagt

Dein amavisd-new läuft nicht oder auf einem anderen Port.
Was sagen ein

# netstat -anp --tcp

und ein 

# grep $inet_socket_port /pfad_zu_deiner/amavisd.conf
