Normalerweise steht da: Please enter you password:
Hast Du cyrus-sasl selbst kompiliert? Ich hatte diese Perlfehlermeldung
auch mal. Irgendwie/wann war sie dann verschwunden.

IMAP Password:
              localhost> exit

Bei der Authmethode login wird nur ein IMAP Password abgefragt,
bei plain werden zwei Passworte abgefragt. Ich würde fast sagen,
installiere cyrus-sasl nochmal neu und achte auf alle Abhängigkeiten
von perl.
