smtp_sasl_auth_enable =yes
smtp_sasl_password_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/sasl_passwd
smtp_sasl_security_options = noanonymous, noplaintext

# cat /etc/postfix/sasl_passwd
mta.domain.tld      user:passwd

funktioniert bei mir. Bei smtp_sasl_security_options musst Du nochmal
nachsehen was es genau bewirkt... 

Und ein postmap /etc/postfix/sasl_passwd nicht vergessen.
