Gut. Ich hab mich nauerlich wieder mal vertippt:
postconf -e "inet_interfaces = all"
postfix reload

... postconf -n ...

Sieht ganz normal aus. Nichts spannendes. Also ein Netzwerkproblem --
entweder kann der Postfix keine DNS resolution machen oder Port 25 ist
doch nicht offen. Was sagt denn netstat so zu offenen Ports?
Oder du hast lokal auf der Postfixkiste eine Firewall drauf.
