Das kann ja nicht klappen. Du benutzt die default
smtpd_recipient_restrictions, welche relaying unterbinden.

So ists besser:

smtpd_sender_restrictions =
# ja, leerlassen!

smtpd_recipient_restrictions =
   permit_mynetworks
   permit_sasl_authenticated
   reject_unauth_destination
   check_sender_access hash:/etc/postfix/access
   check_recipient_access hash:/etc/postfix/access
   permit

# allerdings ist es nicht sinnvoll fuer check_sender_access und
# check_recipient_access dieselbe map zu nutzen (Aepfel und Birnen!)
